At Gather Psychology, we value the collective power of people coming together to plan, problem solve and bring about positive change. We facilitate person-centred meetings with ‘big paper graphics’ so everyone can see all of our ideas as we share them.
We encourage participation of children and young people (CYP) of all ages and levels of communication. Our range of tools and approaches give voice to CYP so that we can listen, understand and advocate.

We collect information from a range of sources, including observations, direct work, consultations, exercise books and data to harvest a rich understanding of CYP in context.
We convene with schools and organisations to explore how practice can be developed to support effective inclusion of CYP with special educational needs and disabilities. This might look like undertaking research to gain perspectives, whole school audits, coaching, group supervision, consultation and/ or training.
